With 15 years of diverse HR experience across non-profit, government, and staffing agencies, Yara brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. Her extensive background in the industrial services sector is instrumental in building a strong, inclusive team that delivers exceptional service to our clients.

Since joining Altrad in 2015, Yara has made a significant impact. She launched the Women in Scaffolding SkillUP Program, creating new career paths for women in nontraditional roles. Additionally, she developed the Emerging Leaders and Advanced Leader Programs, which are integral to Altrad’s organisational development strategy for identifying and nurturing leadership talent from within.
